There is not an incision made around the circumference of something to remove a flap of skin. Rather, the ENTIRE clitoris is removed, rendering the girl unable to ever have an orgasm. That is HORRIBLE, and as Canadians, not only should we be fighting to stop this everywhere, we should definitely allow this family safe harbour.
